It is worth noting that basic taxi rates around Busan start at 3,300 won. However, if you ask your driver to drive you to Haeundae beach from most parts of Busan, it will cost between 7,000 won to 15,000 won depending on the distance that you have traversed and the flow of traffic on that day.
It should be noted that when you travel at night, there is a 20% night premium on the fare. Also, you have to avoid black-and-red deluxe taxis as much as possible because the fares they ask of you could run high.
The taxi fare will be around 12,000 won if you wish to travel from Haedong Yonggungsa Temple to Haeundae beach. It will take about 28 minutes to reach the beach.
If you are at the Gimhae International Airport, it will take you approximately one hour to reach Haeundae if you travel by taxi. Due to its span of 32 kilometers, your fare might be ranging from 30,000 won to 32,000 won.

Any subway to go Dongbak Island skipping the Haeundae Beach

You may take the subway to Dongbaek station and then go out the Exit 1.
From there, you can walk to Dongbaek Island.
