The fastest and easiest way to go to Sentosa Island is by taking the MRT and Sentosa Express.

First, take the MRT to HarbourFront Station and look for Exit E, which leads to VivoCity mall. Once inside VivoCity, go up to level 3 and catch the Sentosa Express to Sentosa. The trip to the island takes 3 to 5 minutes and costs SGD $4.

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to take the MRT and Sentosa Express to Sentosa Island.

The VivoCity Station, located right beside the counter, is where you board the Sentosa Express to the island.

If you have an EZ-Link or NETS Flash card, you can use it to board the monorail directly, skipping the ticket purchase. You can easily obtain these cards from MRT Stations or convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Cheers at Changi Airport.

Just a heads up: If you use other transportation to reach Sentosa Island, you can still ride the Sentosa Express for free while on the island, including your return trip. Charges only apply to visitors who take the monorail from VivoCity Station to Sentosa Island.
