  1. Hi! Thank you for your very informative blog. Im planning to go to USS this coming october. I would like to ask and know your opinion about Universal studios (skip the line) express pass if it’s worth it? Should I really get it? Coz as what Ive heard, the lines are too long to some rides. All I wanted to try are the best rides not the leat thrilled ones. Or should I observe first if it’s crowded and buy the vip pass there at USS. Coz im thinking thats it is impractical to buy in advance and happens that it is not really that crowded when I get there. By the way, ill be in USS on october 17 (friday) . Sorry for asking too much….. hope you enlighten my curious mind. ??

    • Hi Denise,

Thank you for your kind words. 🙂

I would suggest you to observe the crowded on that day then only decide whether want to buy the express pass or not.

There are many stores selling express pass inside the Universal Studios Singapore.

But one thing you can buy in advance is the entrance ticket of Universal Studios Singapore.

This can help you skip the lines for buying ticket at the ticketing counter of USS and enjoy discount rate via booking Universal Studios Singapore entrance ticket online.

So, you can enter the theme park directly by just scanning your printed ticket or mobile ticket at the boarding gate and walk into the park.

I think the online ticket hasn’t opened for October yet, so you can check it when the time is nearer.

After get in the park, check the queue time board to see your favorite rides whether need to wait longer time or not.

If yes, then only buy your express pass inside the USS.

When you get in the park, remember to collect the USS Map and day’s programme sheet.

You can know the exact location to buy express pass from the USS Map.

The day’s programme sheet will show you the available time of the shows and when the characters will come out for you to take photos with them on that day.

The schedule times of the shows and characters meet-up are different every day. So, you only able to know it through that day programme sheet.

After you get in the boarding gate, you’ll see the brochure rack that contains USS Map and day’s programme sheet.

If you can’t find it, you may consult the friendly staff in there, they will show you where to get the map and schedule time of the shows.

Hope that my sharing information able to help you.

Wish you have an enjoyable holidays in Singapore and Sentosa! 🙂

      Regards,
      Josh
